We add both whey and casein proteins to have both a long and slow protein burn. This recipe includes greek yogurt, and egg whites provide ample moisture for a delicious muffin. We use dark chocolate to make these muffins incredibly tasty and while keeping the overall calories in check.

Microwave: Heat times may vary depending on microwave wattage. Place muffin on a plate and microwave for 30 seconds to 1.5 minutes.
Defrost: Place the muffin at room temperature and let it defrost for 4-5 hours. Enjoy!
