This program is designed for the beginner runner who is currently running 2-3 times per week and has done so for some time. If you are running less, yet your total run time is approximately 130 minutes or more per week, you can still use this program. Thought is that you are around 130 minutes per week.

This runner has built a base and is ready to take on the marathon in a smart way:)

It starts with a GOAL & PURPOSE section before a 16-week overview of the entire plan. You will also get access to a Facebook group with other marathoners. After the 16-week training plan there is a 30-page TIPS & RESOURCES section to teach you all the components of marathon training. Changing the plan according to your life, schedule, and how you are responding to the training is key.
